Day-to-Day Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Day-to-Day Operations Specialist to oversee the smooth running of our medical clinic.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, oversee reception and nursing staff, ensure seamless patient flow and appointment scheduling, manage rosters, timesheets, and leave planning, oversee billing, Medicare claims, and financial reporting, maintain compliance with health regulations and accreditation standards, support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development, and liaise with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.

About You:

We require a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a solid understanding of Medicare billing and practice software, the ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and service.
