We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Planning team in Sydney. As a key contributor to our commercial success, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and profitability goals across third-party platforms.

About the Role:

You will develop and manage seasonal sales and margin plans for third-party accounts, align product strategies with partner goals, and monitor sell-through rates to recommend replenishment or reallocation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align product strategies with partner goals, including assortment and regional trends, to maximize revenue growth.
  • Monitor sell-through rates and recommend replenishment or reallocation strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent delays and optimize inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, platform trends, and consumer behavior to inform future planning decisions.
  • Present actionable insights to internal teams to inform future planning and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in wholesale or merchandise planning, ideally within fashion, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Advanced skills in margin planning, sell-through analysis, and inventory forecasting, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Expertise in using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) to analyze and present data-driven insights.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
