**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Fetch. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction elements of projects from cradle to grave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Support the PM in defining project scopes and key deliverables
  • Liaise with consultants, architects, and statutory authorities regarding design and permitting issues
  • Setup and maintain Project Letting Schedule and prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, and schedules
  • Support the PM in managing project budgets and expenses, and manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims and variations
  • Administer RFI's to architects, consultants, and clients
  • Implement and manage HSEQ standards
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders through the whole project lifecycle
  • Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline
  • Experience working in a commercial construction environment where you have demonstrated experience in liaising with a range of commercial subcontractors
  • Demonstrated experience with construction industry-specific software such as Procore, Aconex, and cost management systems
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when required, and first-rate communication skills
  • Driver's license essential, with an ability to travel to site as required (travel costs reimbursed)

About Fetch

We offer a competitive salary in the $70k-$90k range, dependent on your skills and experience, as well as an opportunity to work one on one with an experienced PM who will mentor and develop you to PM level in time. Our new shared office is located in Melbourne's inner west, with working from home opportunities also available.
