Career Development Manager

- Monitor contract performance against commercial terms and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Provide commercial input during contract negotiations, renewals and change control processes, maintaining an accurate register of process and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and approval frameworks for pricing and contract changes, ensuring escalation processes are in line with contract terms and market indices.
- Support the business in identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
- Develop and analyse pricing and cost structures ensuring margin implications are thoroughly given due consideration in the short and long term.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to be able to work with diverse stakeholders and clients.
- Strong influencing skills to be able to explain how solutions would play out once implemented.
- Strong aptitude with numbers and analysing various internal and external data sources, to be able to turn that data into solutions and evidence backed actions.
- Experience analysing, improving and maintaining favourable commercial conditions for the delivery of multiple services across multiple client sites.
