Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers, expanding the commercial broker network to drive growth within Agri loan portfolios in your region.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with aggregator partners, accredited brokers, and internal stakeholders for optimal solution delivery.
Day-to-day activities involve relationship building, problem-solving, commission negotiation, and educating brokers through webinars, professional development days, conferences, and marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Rural/Agri lending market and understanding of Broker mindset.
- A proactive approach to business development with personal and professional resilience.
- The ability to establish strong internal and external relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Financial analysis skills and knowledge of agri credit.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
