Job Opportunity: Employment Coach

As an Employment Coach, you will play a key part in supporting customers to set and meet their objectives while meeting the contractual requirements of an employment service provider.

About the Job
  • Assist diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challenges through coaching and support.
  • Deliver employability skills training, confidence-building, and career planning services to enhance job prospects.
  • Prepare high-quality resumes, cover letters, and assist with job applications to increase employment opportunities.
  • Identify suitable job opportunities for customers and advocate on their behalf to ensure successful placements.
  • Refer customers to relevant internal and external support services, including housing, mental health, and financial counseling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivation, inclusivity, and open-mindedness, with a willingness to listen and support without judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong administration skills and IT literacy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to achieve individual targets and work towards clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
