Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage maintenance tasks, and lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the maintenance crew in completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Manage renovations of vacant apartments, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs.
  • Handle administrative duties, including scheduling maintenance work and tracking project progress.
  • Ensure maintenance team follows company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in general building maintenance and upkeep.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance or construction environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to manage both fieldwork and office responsibilities.
