Compliance Specialist

This is a challenging role for a motivated and adaptable professional, with experience in risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onsite risk and compliance requirements, including staff training, contractor onboarding, licence renewals, plant renewals, and delivering on statutory requirements.
  • Develop strategies to ensure personal safety and the safety of others in the workplace.
  • Develop existing processes and procedures to generate efficiencies, improve service delivery, and minimise risk.
  • Monitor and challenge business processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and commercial requirements and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as law, finance, or business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
