We are seeking a Part-Time Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the Regional Experience Manager in coordinating the roster for our Wineglass Sail Walk and Three Capes Lodge Walk.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the tourism/hospitality industry, preferably as a guide, and strong capabilities using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. They will also have experience in an administrative role, flexibility with working arrangements, and the ability to operate in a close team environment.

In this part-time, permanent position, you will work closely with fellow coordinators to resource and create an experience that guests will remember. You will enjoy task variability as you move between operations and administrative functions, utilizing your strong communication and organisational skills, being highly motivated, and having strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Experience Manager in coordinating the roster for our Wineglass Sail Walk and Three Capes Lodge Walk.
  • Work closely with fellow coordinators to resource and create an experience that guests will remember.
  • Maintain strong communication and organisational skills to ensure the successful day-to-day running of the walks.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise.
