Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with universities and educational providers.

The role requires the ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders. A strong understanding of contract management is essential, as well as experience in project coordination and administration.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications equivalent to an AQF Diploma Level and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with universities and educational providers.
  • Managing documentations associated with contracts and communicating them to relevant departments.
  • Periodically reporting issues of concern or matters requiring management decisions.
  • Preparing reports on Undergraduate, postgraduate and pathway programs for marketing activities.
  • FOLLOWING up on project growth with universities and colleges and analyzing data of Undergraduate, postgraduate and pathway programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AQF Diploma Level qualification or higher.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
