Job Summary
We are seeking an Aviation Protection Officer to provide security presence at the airport, performing passenger and baggage screening services. Key responsibilities include:
- Passenger and checked baggage security screening
- Managing traffic flow and screening at security checkpoints
- Providing excellent customer service and responding professionally to customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining and following compliance procedures and safety measures
- Recording incident reports as required
Requirements
- Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (free paid training available)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance (funded by MSS Security)
- Customer service experience with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
About the Role
This is a casual position with a base hourly rate of $26.97 plus Aviation Allowance. We offer great employee benefits, including Reward and Recognition throughout the year.
