The Role

Our Central Fleet Analyst will play a vital part in driving the performance analysis of our extensive fleet, reporting to the Head of Central Fleet.

This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid working flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home two days a week.

You will support Fleet Managers and business operations teams, ensuring seamless fleet reporting and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Your skills in Excel and passion for process improvement will make a significant impact.

A Day in the Life
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at State and Federal levels.
  • Assist in Fleet capex approval and sign-off processes, managing scope change requests and fleet cost variations.
  • Implement our Fleet Strategy and oversee the fleet refresh program, deploying new fleet according to optimal lifecycle guidelines.
  • Establish processes with Business Units to manage old fleet exits and new fleet arrivals, reallocating or selling assets as necessary.
  • Manage relationships and processes with external Fleet auction houses to sell retired assets.
  • Support the development and implementation of a central fleet usage charging mechanism, collaborating with business units and finance to ensure alignment.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Data, Commerce, Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience in a similar analytical role, ideally within a large 3rd party transport logistics provider.
  • Strong technical expertise in fleet management, supply chain, or warehousing.
