About the Role

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with local market analysis, consumer and global health trend research, administrative tasks, project management, communications with sales teams and internal stakeholders, and trade marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills, category insights into the Australian vitamin and natural health industry, advertising and communications skills, agency management skills, brief writing, regulatory management, sales forecasting and analysis, new product development, presentation skills, financial management, leadership skills, ownership, and accountability.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a background in marketing fundamentals. You will have good communication skills, a degree in marketing or communications, and previous experience in a marketing role (not essential). You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have sound PC skills, and intermediate skills in MS Office. You will also have an understanding of the social media space and its importance, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, flexibility, ability to prioritise and multitask, superior customer service skills, and a 'can-do' attitude.
