Job Summary:

This role is for a Medical Receptionist to work in our clinics located in West Perth and Joondalup.

The successful applicant will be required to attend both clinics and perform various duties, including greeting patients, checking in and out, billing and processing patient claims, liaising with specialists and other staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Checking in for appointments and collecting referral and medical details
  • Checking out post consultation and billing and processing patient claims
  • Liaising with specialists and other staff to facilitate assessments and patient care

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist experience is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Comprehensive computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office programs and MYOB

Benefits:

  • Part-time position
  • No less than 16 hours per week
  • $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
