Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Group Special Orders Clerk.

About the Role:

  • Manage initial special-order processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Review each special order, determine next actions based on supply status, and implement accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide assistance with queries or absences.
  • Process special order stock and invoices by verifying specifications and confirming details.
  • Work closely with Special Order Managers or Coordinators to follow up on procedures.

  • Able to plan, prioritize, organize, and execute tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to resolve conflicts using analytical skills.
