Job Overview

The Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating and optimizing staff rosters to meet operational requirements and ensure compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a balance between workforce efficiency and legislative adherence.
  • Plan, coordinate and optimize staff rosters to meet operational requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

At least two (2) years of experience in Administration management or Personal Assistant roles.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work according to strict guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook applications).
  • Experience in humanforce software.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Industry.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Aged Care Industry.
