We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Full Time Group Special Orders Clerk to ensure special orders are dealt with in accordance to processes and procedures including thorough effective liaison with assigned external suppliers. This is a Full-Time opportunity located in our support Office - Summer Hill, Sydney.

Your role and responsibilities will consist but are not limited to:

- Ensure initial special-order processes are carried out efficiently
- Review each special order and determine next actions depending on supply status of the item
- Work together and assist other Team Members with queries or in absences.
- Process special order stock and invoices by marking, matching invoices and confirming all specifications as are per ordered.
- Collaborate with Special Order Managers or Coordinators in relation to follow-up procedures.

- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, organise and execute activities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to resolve conflict effectively using strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a team and individually.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Availability required**:

- Monday: 8:30 am to 5 pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
