Job Title: Reception and Migration Support Specialist


Our organization is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Reception and Migration Support Specialist.


This exciting opportunity will see you provide exceptional customer service, support the migration process, and work collaboratively with our administration team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct customers to the right team member
  • Take incoming calls and customer queries
  • Data entry - enter new customer and prospect data into the database
  • Manage calendars for Counsellors and Migration Agents
  • Assist the Migration Team with Visa file preparation and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain professional standards of presentation
  • Manage office administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or reception
  • Excellent communication skills (face-to-face and over phone)
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Awareness of Australian International Education Systems and Visa systems (desirable)
