The Assistant Director, Knowledge Bank is a key leadership position responsible for designing and implementing the approach to Defence's knowledge bank. As the primary curator, you will assess materials for inclusion and continually evolve the provision of tools to support sharing of this knowledge.

About Our Team

The External Workforce Reform Branch was established to drive lasting change in Defence's interactions with and utilisation of external workforce. The team aims to build a culture that ensures contracted support provides value for the Australian taxpayer.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of the knowledge bank approach
- Identify and collect knowledge materials from across Defence
- Build relationships to determine curation and sharing processes
- Assess materials for inclusion and continually evolve provision of tools
- Shape new approaches to improve knowledge use
