The role of Digital Product Owner is to oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring seamless interactions within banking applications.

As a key member of the Business Banking team, you will be responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligned with customer behavior and pain points.
  • Own the customer journey, prioritizing user stories to maximize customer and business value.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment across squads and stakeholders.
  • Monitor app performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years related work experience in relevant roles within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing customer journeys in mobile or web banking applications.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
