About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and engagement through the creation of compelling visual and written content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visual content for brand awareness, acquisition, targeted campaigns, promotional activities, and event engagements
  • Curate engaging content for marketing materials, social media, email, and website
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information and ensure each creative brief is understood, planned, and executed efficiently
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing content and brainstorm new creative strategies for campaigns and promotional activities
  • Brief and assist our photographer at internal photo shoots to ensure we capture all required images for our asset library
  • Maintain an organized database of graphic and marketing materials

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a graphic designer
  • Degree (or other relevant qualification) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, PR, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM or a similar platform (desired)
  • Understanding of video editing and HTML/CSS, or willingness to learn (desired)
