About the Role:
Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of smaller projects from inception to completion. This involves providing technical support and utilizing JLL's systems, processes, and technology to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of monthly project reports, including Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, Anticipated Cost Reports, and Meeting Agendas and Minutes
- Maintain a detailed project programme outlining clear milestones and objectives for successful project delivery
- Prepare Project Control Group reports and participate in meetings
- Draft Vendor Request for Proposals and engage in value engineering, buildability analysis, and critical review of designs and documentation to minimize risk and maximize outcomes
- Conduct vendor contract administration professionally and adhere to specified legal requirements
- Involve in maintaining anticipated cost reports, including cash flows and accruals, ensuring timely submission of invoices from vendors
- Uphold JLL OH&S, environmental, and quality standards across assigned sites
- Participate in project close-out, particularly financial close-out, and required contractual documents
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with multiple organizational levels
- Engage in analysis of completed projects to promote success and lessons learned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Sound knowledge of construction project management processes or current pursuit thereof
Understanding of responsibilities and accountabilities of relevant stakeholders within a project
Basic understanding of different delivery methods (Project Management, Construction Management, Managing Contractor, Warranted Price, Lump Sum etc)
Degree in Project or Construction Management related discipline or a combination of formal education and experience exceeding 2 years in a field related to design, construction, or project management
Receptive to plans and performance feedback
Effective listening and confident communication skills
