Main Responsibilities:
- Revenue Expansion: Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance sales, margins, and member value through targeted community engagement.
- Leadership Development: Inspire and lead high-performing state teams aligned with the company values of Family and Village.
- Retail Excellence: Collaborate in implementing national retail programs tailored for DIY and trade customers.
- Customer Relationships: Foster trust, spark innovation, and empower members to thrive within the IHG network in WA.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage financial performance, oversee budgets, and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- A strategic, purpose-driven leader with a passion for community development.
- Experience in wholesale, trade, or retail distribution, influencing at every level.
