About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our People and Culture function. As the Head of People and Culture, you will play a key role in shaping the Academy's human resources strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the Academy's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff, including the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including the Fair Work Act.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR services.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including the Fair Work Act.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
