Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant queries, concerns, complaints, and appeals.
  • Represent at tribunal as required.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Refer tenants to support services.
  • Monitor and manage tenancy budgets and financial targets.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records.
  • Ensure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act across allocated sites.
  • Work collaboratively with Asset Management team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external Real Estate Agents.
  • Support vacancy management, refurbishment coordination, and re-letting of properties.
  • Work with Social and Affordable Housing Fund team to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in housing or property management.
  • Proven ability to manage tenancies and provide customer service.
  • Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation, property compliance, and asset maintenance.
  • Skilled in managing budgets, arrears, and financial targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident in navigating complex organisations and building strong working relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM or similar tenant management systems.
