Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, web chat, and social media platforms
- Troubleshoot medical device and software issues with accuracy and care
- Guide new users through product activation and app setup processes
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful support services

About You:
- You should have articulate written and verbal communication skills
- You must be able to provide excellent customer service
- You should enjoy contributing to a tight, collaborative team dynamic
- You are available to work Monday to Friday (10am - 2pm)
- Previous experience in the Medical industry is desirable but not essential
