AI Transformation Leader

As the AI Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational change and empowering teams to adopt and excel with AI tools and methodologies. This key position within the CTO & AI function is crucial to understanding the company's AI capability, driving transformation, and facilitating learning initiatives and programs.

  • Conduct organisational assessments to pinpoint change and capability needs for various cohorts, setting the strategy and tactics for AI development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the business, creating a coalition of stakeholders to champion AI transformation
  • Mentor team members and support the ongoing development of AI skills across the organisation

Requirements

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and deep expertise in change management and corporate innovation
- Proficient in project management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building with strong facilitation and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving organisational change, mentoring teams, and designing learning programs in a dynamic environment
