Financial Strategist

As a key player in driving business growth and success, we seek an experienced financial professional to assume the role of Financial Strategist. The position will require you to contribute to the organization by providing financial expertise and guidance.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder dynamics, developing financial plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly commercial and strategic finance professional to enhance their skills and advance their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external finance and accounting partners
  • Develop and implement people policies and remuneration frameworks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years of senior leadership responsibility
  • Proven track record of managing finance teams and producing high-quality financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, processes, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
