The Role
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be embedded in the leadership team of a $600m+ division. Reporting directly to the Divisional General Manager and working in close alignment with the national finance function, you'll deliver commercial insight, financial control, and forward-looking analysis that drives performance.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Leading divisional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
Overseeing month-end reporting with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and speed
Creating and delivering performance packs to executive and finance leadership
Monitoring project delivery, capex spend, and milestone outcomes
Supporting bid and tender processes with financial modelling and commercial review
Building data-led insights through dashboards and scenario analysis
Identifying process gaps and championing continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
You're a commercially focused finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, operational settings. You bring both technical depth and a strong business partnering mindset, and you're comfortable being both in the weeds and at the strategic table.
Ideal Profile
CA/CPA qualified
Proven track record in a similar commercial finance or senior business partnering role
Industry exposure in construction, civil, infrastructure, or industrial services preferred
Strong in financial reporting, budgeting, and decision-support analysis
Experienced working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
Resilient and agile — capable of operating in environments undergoing change
Confident navigating legacy systems and working across functions
