As a veteran-level civil expert, you will oversee the full lifecycle of civil infrastructure delivery. This includes early design input, contractor management, compliance, reporting, and site performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee civil contractors across multiple projects to ensure scope, safety, and standards are met
  • Review designs and identify opportunities for value management and optimization
  • Hold consultants and contractors accountable for timelines, budget, and quality
  • Ensure civil infrastructure aligns with best practice, regulatory standards, and high standards
  • Collaborate with internal development, construction, and leadership teams to keep projects moving
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in civil construction, ideally across both contractor and client-side roles
  • Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, services, roadworks, and site infrastructure
  • Ability to identify efficiency improvements and propose smarter alternatives
  • Confidence to challenge ideas, lead conversations, and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
  • Boots-on-the-ground mentality with a willingness to roll up sleeves and own your site
