Job Title: Senior Civil Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to manage the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects across our region. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing road infrastructure projects and be located in or around the Gold Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of infrastructure maintenance and rehabilitation projects.
  • Act as the Principal's Representative on construction contracts and oversee procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Provide high-level technical and engineering advice to ensure project success, value for money, and adherence to standards.
  • Monitor progress reporting, financial forecasting, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project documentation and ensure alignment with safety, environmental, and legislative requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and the community.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff, including supervision in line with RPEQ requirements.
  • Champion safety and sustainability across all project phases.

Requirements:

  • A four-year Washington Accord accredited Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent recognised by Engineers Australia).
  • RPEQ registration (or eligible and committed to obtaining it).
  • Current Class C driver's licence.
  • White Card (Construction Industry Induction).
  • Provision of suitable PPE.
  • Ability to pass a Criminal History Check.
