Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile cafe professional to join our team. As a multifaceted barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing a variety of coffee and beverages, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the cafe.

This role demands multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to greet customers with a friendly demeanor, take orders efficiently, prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, handle cash transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized workspace, stock and replenish supplies as needed, provide menu information and make recommendations, ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally, and follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
