Key Role: Coffee Shop Team Member

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver exceptional customer service, prepare and serve high-quality coffee, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
  • Develop strong relationships with regular customers, recognizing their preferences and making recommendations accordingly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong product knowledge, including coffee preparation methods and brewing techniques
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, days, mornings, and weekends
  • Availability for rotating roster and flexible hours

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Barista certification or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
