  • Create a warm atmosphere and build genuine relationships with regulars.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing POS systems and updating menus.
  • Preparing reports and handling stock.
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Training team members in coffee skills and supporting the Client Services Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a barista with a passion for great coffee.
  • A friendly communication style and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
