Job Opportunity

This role is focused on leading the analysis and definition of complex technical solutions that align with strategic business objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit and document comprehensive business requirements, user needs, and functional and non-functional specifications for major projects.
  • Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design complex technical solutions that meet business strategies and ensure designs meet strategic business requirements and user needs.
  • Create detailed technical user stories and acceptance criteria, including performance and security considerations.
  • Support the testing and implementation of clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with Quality Engineers to ensure effective and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive data-informed product and technology decisions by working with Product and Business stakeholders, leading complex data analysis, and providing strategic insights.
  • Work with business and product stakeholders to ensure a healthy backlog prioritised and groomed with enough detail for technology teams to execute at any point in time.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a digital or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and reporting tools, with an ability to mentor others and share knowledge.
  • Expertise in eliciting and analysing complex technical requirements, including system analysis and data modelling for large-scale projects.
  • Skill in process improvement, solution design, and documentation.
