About the Role

The Construction Stakeholder Engagement Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our construction activities to meet client requirements. Reporting to the Stakeholder Consultant Lead, this position involves liaison with external stakeholders to engage, inform, and communicate project aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with utility authorities, government institutions, and community organisations to facilitate effective communication and approvals.
  • Bulk strategic relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless lines of communication for advice and approvals.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, deliverables, and timelines between project teams and consultants.
  • Keep the wider team informed through regular meetings and written correspondence.
  • Assist with various activities within the Stakeholder and Access function as required.
  • Evaluate the stakeholder function's performance against contractual obligations and timeframes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in a Stakeholder role, preferably within a large construction environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is also necessary.

What We Offer

We provide a supportive and experienced team environment, opportunities for growth, and a competitive salary package estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police check and medical as per contractual requirements and hold a valid driver's licence.
