Maintenance Gardener

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Gardener to join our team at Aveo, a leading provider of retirement living communities. As a Maintenance Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and grounds of our community, ensuring they are safe and appealing for our residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the gardens and grounds, including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching, and green waste removal
- Ensure all community spaces are clean and safe for our community and visitors
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
- Complete additional ad-hoc tasks delegated to you by Community Leaders
- Build strong relationships with our residents and enjoy helping them to live their best lives with well-maintained areas
- $28.15/hr + relevant award entitlements, including penalty rates, overtime, and allowances + superannuation

- Experience in General 'Handyperson' Maintenance, Gardening, or Landscaping roles (highly desired)
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not possess, we can complete for you)
- Valid driver's licence and two (2) COVID-19 doses (required)
