Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Field Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be required to attend various addresses, complete a series of tasks, which may involve Saturday and Sunday work. Travel within the metropolitan area and regional areas as requested, occasional overnight stays may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend multiple addresses and make contact with clients' customers to update details and obtain information;
  • Personally deliver a letter or affix to the property;
  • Document and record particulars via photo; and
  • Provide on-the-spot updates via an in-house database.

Requirements:

  • Current driver's licence;
  • Capable of using both Apple and Android devices;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Excellent people skills, including empathy with others;
  • High-level conversational and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective time management, organisational, and multitasking skills;
  • Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Professional, positive, and ethical attitude;
  • Ability to understand legislation and regulatory guidelines and work within those constraints;
  • Willing to undergo police check;
  • Previous delivery and document serving experience highly desirable.
