Drive Digital Growth as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media and digital content strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the vision, purpose, values, and behaviours through best practice initiatives, advocacy, engagement, and first-class customer experience methodologies.
  • Grow the brand in a dynamic and vibrant way through innovative and effective social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality content for all digital media platforms, ensuring a consistent and on-brand experience.
  • Track, optimize, and analyze digital activities and deliver regular reporting on the organisation's digital channels, against targets, along with trends and analysis.
  • Manage the day-to-day needs of digital channels, with a customer-first approach, including managing and responding to social media interactions, website management, and researching and writing engaging content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to prepare quality and accurate written communication, correspondence, and reports.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a range of people/stakeholders.
  • Experience using WordPress, Canva, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Biteable or Vimeo.
  • Understanding of the Windows operating environment.
