We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to drive impactful marketing communications that enhance our reputation and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop content marketing strategies in consultation with colleagues
  • Work closely with the communications team to support strategic initiatives and lead content planning meetings
  • Ideate, plan, create, and deploy original content for specific audiences, determining platform/format, medium, look and feel, authorship, frequency, and duration of messaging
  • Produce high-quality materials with strong copywriting skills, tailoring content for different channels
  • Lead our online presence, overseeing strategy and management of owned social channels and working with colleagues to produce and publish content

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary degree with 3+ years' experience in a content creation or community management role or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
  • Knowledge and understanding of content marketing practices, digital platforms, and social media
  • Demonstrated success in thinking creatively to concept, brief, and deliver new ideas in the digital space
  • Demonstrated ability to use technical tools and analytics packages, including experience with web CMSs, CRM, design software, publishing platforms, and HTML
