As an Organic Growth Marketer at our organization, you'll shape marketing strategies from scratch and drive user acquisition without relying on paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own organic growth plans to increase MAUs, revenue, and lasting brand love
  • Boldly execute campaigns across social media, email, push channels, influencer networks, ASO, and emerging AI-driven opportunities
  • Stay sharp and data-driven, tracking what's working and using insights to fuel smarter campaigns
  • Scale your impact by building high-performing teams or collaborating with top-tier agencies

Must-haves:

  • 4+ years in organic growth marketing, including experience in startups or early-stage environments
  • Hands-on expertise across key channels like email, push, social media, ASO, influencer, and custom landing pages
  • Proven impact on conversion-focused products like consumer subscription apps or e-commerce
  • Data-led and creative, able to craft and execute campaigns that drive growth and deepen user engagement
  • Collaborative leader with experience scaling through agencies or building high-performing teams
