We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team in the Gold Room.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of elution and gold recovery activities.
  • They will operate various processing plant equipment, including Milling, CIL, Crushing & Elution circuit equipment.
  • Additionally, they will monitor and report on any security issues within and around the Gold Room.
  • Safe operation of forklifts, EWPs, and skid-steers is also required.
  • Maintenance of safe housekeeping standards and regular inspections of the Gold Room are essential.
  • The role requires efficient and productive processes in the Gold Room.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Gold Room environment, preferably with experience operating an Acacia reactor.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks are necessary.
  • Desirable skills include process control and SCADA systems (CITECT), Confined Space Ticket, and Working at Heights Ticket.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills are also essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members are required.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment is crucial.
