Key Responsibilities:
  • We initiate and oversee the implementation of facilities works by experienced teams.
  • Our team leads or participates in facilities working groups to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • We coordinate and participate in security planning and accreditation activities, particularly for mission systems as part of our project.
  • Our project managers perform risk assessments and contribute to risk workshops to mitigate potential threats.
  • We liaise with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ongoing oral and written briefings are provided to senior leadership to communicate and resolve project risks and issues.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A degree qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields are advantageous.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Experience in delivering and overseeing facilities works is essential.
  • Physical and ICT security planning, management, and accreditation experience is highly sought after.
  • Knowledge and experience in Defence Physical and ICT Security are crucial.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and management is necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of E&IG processes would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of military communications technologies, particularly Tactical Data Links, would be an asset.
