Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Development Manager in Masterplanned Communities.

About the Role

The role involves providing support to a project team, developing skills in Residential Development and working on projects within our portfolio at different stages of the development cycle.

Our Masterplanned Communities are renowned for their exceptional liveability, affordability and comprehensive amenities offering a blend of residential, commercial and recreational spaces.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Project Team: Ensure projects are scoped designed and delivered according to business strategy
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial plans contract preparation and securing approvals
  • Planning Approvals: Assist in obtaining necessary planning approvals to ensure project compliance with local regulations
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop review engagement plans to drive strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Customer Service: Address customer issues professionally promptly
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Enable efficiencies by connecting people across functions
  • Risk Management: Implement operational risk procedures identify compliance issues
  • Project Review: Support end-of-project reviews to identify strengths areas for improvement
About You

  • Degree qualified in a related discipline with prior relevant experience
  • Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter is a must
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration
  • Ability to ask the right questions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Developed stakeholder management influencing skills
  • Resilience and excellent communication skills
  • Strong report writing skills
  • WA drivers license and reliable vehicle
