Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Development Professional to provide critical support to our property development team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in land and built form project delivery, with a strong background in project management, sales, and marketing.

About the Role

The Senior Development Professional will be responsible for supporting the development team in all aspects of project delivery, including planning and approvals, civil construction, and sales and marketing. They will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development team in all aspects of project delivery
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans and strategies
  • Provide high-level technical advice and guidance to the development team
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Property, Engineering, Town Planning, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in land and built form project delivery, with a strong background in project management, sales, and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A strong understanding of the land development process, including planning and approvals, civil construction, and sales and marketing
