Job Description:

As a CPAP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls to assist patients with CPAP equipment and supply needs. You will educate patients on supply schedules and insurance guidelines, meeting metric-driven goals to provide excellent patient care. Additionally, you will convert calls into orders while meeting daily performance goals, promote convenient ordering options like Rapid Reorder and Autoship, and provide outstanding service and support to improve patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
  • Call Center experience a plus
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and drive to meet goals
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
