What You'll Do
Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist patients with CPAP equipment and supply needs
Educate patients on supply schedules and insurance guidelines
Meet metric driven goals to provide excellent patient care
Convert calls into orders while meeting daily performance goals
Promote convenient ordering options like Rapid Reorder and Autoship
Provide outstanding service and support to improve patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
Call Center experience a plus
Strong communication and listening skills
A team player with a positive attitude and drive to meet goals
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
