About the Role

Are you a skilled legal secretary or paralegal looking to advance your career in personal injury law? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our client's team as a Senior Personal Injury Law Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, doctors, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management;
  • Draft and prepare letters, court documents, and briefs to counsel with precision and attention to detail;
  • Manage files, diaries, and time records to maintain accuracy and efficiency;
  • Support lawyers in obtaining justice for injured clients by providing administrative assistance;
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal secretary or paralegal in personal injury law, preferably including workers' compensation, CTP, and public liability;
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability, results-driven attitude, and strong Microsoft Office skills;
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills to excel in a dynamic team setting;
  • Strong desire to advance your career long-term with a reputable plaintiff law firm.
