Personal Injury Law Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Law Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our personal injury team, you will provide administrative support to our managing partner and assist with various tasks related to personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client liaison and communication
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and files
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the managing partner
  • Assist with tasks related to personal injury law, including workers compensation, CTP/motor accidents, and total permanent disablement claims

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in legal administration or secretarial work
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Love working in a vibrant and positive environment
