Your New Role

As a Senior Lawyer, you will be actively involved in client file management, working closely with senior partners and lawyers to assist with stimulating personal injury litigation cases. You will have the opportunity to liaise with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, prepare letters, court documents, briefs to counsel, and attend settlement conferences, mediations, and court hearings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in personal injury/insurance law or a relevant background in medical/science/nursing/insurance;
  • Strong academics, with credit or above average results;
  • The ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Excellent communication, time management, and people skills;
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
